Minor Injuries

Prompt evaluation and treatment for everyday injuries — without the long ER wait or the high cost. Our team handles wound care, splinting, and on-site X-rays so most patients are seen and treated in under an hour.

What we treat

  • Cuts and lacerations (including stitches)
  • Minor burns and scalds
  • Sprains and strains
  • Suspected simple fractures
  • Animal and insect bites
  • Foreign body removal

When to come in

Come in for any injury that needs more than a basic first-aid kit but isn't life-threatening. If you have severe bleeding, loss of consciousness, or suspected head/neck/spine injury, call 911.

Common Illnesses

Fast diagnosis and treatment for the everyday illnesses that knock you off your feet. We offer rapid testing for strep, flu, COVID-19, and mono so you can start the right treatment the same day.

What we treat

  • Cold and flu symptoms
  • Fever and body aches
  • Sore throat and strep throat
  • Sinus and ear infections
  • Bronchitis and persistent cough
  • COVID-19 testing and care

When to come in

Come in if symptoms are getting worse rather than better, or if you need a rapid test, prescription, or work/school note. We're open every day from 8 AM to 8 PM.

Allergies & Asthma

Relief for seasonal misery and prompt management of breathing difficulties. We can prescribe inhalers, antihistamines, and steroids when needed, and provide nebulizer treatments on site for acute symptoms.

What we treat

  • Seasonal and environmental allergies
  • Allergic reactions (non-anaphylactic)
  • Asthma flare-ups
  • Sinus pressure and post-nasal drip
  • Hives and skin allergic reactions
  • Inhaler refills and tune-ups

When to come in

Come in for new asthma symptoms, a flare that isn't responding to your usual inhaler, or any allergic reaction. For trouble breathing, swelling of the face/throat, or signs of anaphylaxis, call 911 immediately.

Digestive Issues

Evaluation and care for GI symptoms that need prompt attention. We can run rapid tests, provide IV fluids for dehydration, and prescribe anti-nausea medication so you can start feeling better the same day.

What we treat

  • Nausea and vomiting
  • Diarrhea and dehydration
  • Suspected food poisoning
  • Stomach pain and indigestion
  • Mild abdominal cramping
  • Heartburn and acid reflux

When to come in

Come in for symptoms lasting more than 24 hours, signs of dehydration, or persistent pain. Severe abdominal pain, blood in vomit/stool, or high fever may need an ER — when in doubt, call us at (908) 363-0378.

Skin Conditions

Expert assessment of rashes, bites, infections, and inflammatory skin concerns. We diagnose, prescribe, and refer to dermatology when needed — saving you weeks of waiting for an appointment.

What we treat

  • Rashes and contact dermatitis
  • Eczema and psoriasis flares
  • Insect bites and stings
  • Skin infections (cellulitis, impetigo)
  • Boils and abscesses
  • Poison ivy and oak

When to come in

Come in for any new rash with fever, fast-spreading redness, painful or pus-filled skin lesions, or any reaction that's getting worse rather than better.

Musculoskeletal Care

Diagnosis and treatment for back pain, joint pain, and sports injuries. On-site X-ray means we can image suspected fractures and start treatment the same visit, then refer to ortho or PT if needed.

What we treat

  • Acute back and neck pain
  • Joint pain and swelling
  • Muscle strains and pulls
  • Sports injuries and overuse
  • Tendonitis and bursitis
  • Suspected simple fractures

When to come in

Come in for new injuries, pain that limits your daily activity, or any joint that looks visibly swollen or deformed. Severe trauma or injuries with numbness/tingling should go to the ER.

Health Screenings

Preventive monitoring and prescription management for ongoing health needs. Walk-in screenings let you stay on top of your health without scheduling weeks ahead with a primary care office.

What we treat

  • Blood pressure checks
  • Diabetes screening (A1C, glucose)
  • Cholesterol and lipid panels
  • Routine prescription refills
  • Basic lab work and urinalysis
  • STI testing (confidential)

When to come in

Come in any time during business hours — no appointment needed. We'll send results to your primary care doctor (with your permission) so your records stay current.

Vaccinations

Convenient, same-day immunizations to keep you and your family protected. We carry the most-requested vaccines on site, and most are covered by insurance with no out-of-pocket cost.

What we treat

  • Flu shots (seasonal)
  • COVID-19 vaccines and boosters
  • Tetanus and Tdap
  • Hepatitis A and B
  • Pneumonia (Pneumovax, Prevnar)
  • Travel vaccines and consultation

When to come in

Walk in any time during business hours. For travel vaccines, come in 4–6 weeks before your trip when possible to allow full immunity to develop. Bring your vaccine card if you have one.

Physicals & DOT Exams

Annual exams, school and sports physicals, and certified DOT/CDL medical exams — all available without an appointment. Most are completed in 30–45 minutes, with the necessary forms signed before you leave.

What we treat

  • Annual / wellness physicals
  • School and sports physicals
  • Pre-employment exams
  • DOT/CDL medical certification
  • Pre-op medical clearance
  • Camp and college forms

When to come in

Walk in any time. Bring any forms that need to be filled out, your photo ID, and (for DOT exams) your driver's license and medication list. Allow about 45 minutes for the exam.
